Beth Remy is the sole proprietor of Virgin & Aged - Gourmet Oils and Vinegars.  Beth left a successful product marketing career in the investment industry to pursue an even greater passion.  Beth has always enjoyed how a beautiful extra virgin olive oil or aged balsamic vinegar can enhance the flavor of any meal.  She now enjoys sharing this passion with her guests.

The Virgin & Aged Crew is eager to share their knowledge about the uses of extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars with guests of Virgin & Aged.  The Crew is well-versed on all of our products and will happily suggest popular and unique blends of oil and vinegar and recommend food pairings.  They are able to find the perfect flavor to please any palate.
